This buff can be used up to mirror finishing process.
Types of Cotton Buffs
Sewn-in buffing wheels
This buff is made by laminating cotton cloth, sewing it with a sewing machine, and punching it out in a circular shape.
Small buffs
Attached to mandrail for use.
Cotton buff with shaft
You can choose the type of cotton cloth.
You can choose the length of the shaft.
Types of Sewing
Sewing buff wheel type
Slit processing
This buff is slit unevenly.
This reduces the polishing heat generated by buffing.
Parent and child buff
Buffing with a smaller sized cotton cloth between cotton cloths.
For polishing heat-sensitive materials.
Windmill buff
Buffing with a windmill-like combination of specially processed cloth.
This reduces the polishing heat generated by buffing.
General buff
Sewing machine sewing is only around the center hole.
The feel of polishing is soft.
Spiral sewing machine buff
Machine sewn in a spiral pattern.
The feel of polishing is hard.
3㎜/6㎜/10㎜/12㎜
Concentricity buff
Machine sewn at regular intervals.
Well-balanced hardness.
